In partnership with SYKES, the Wise County Board of Directors is excited to provide a Lunch-N-Learn series to help you do just that. In this three-part Diversity & Inclusion series, you’ll experience thought provoking and engaging training sessions where you’ll learn: Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Matters; Creating a Culture of Belonging; and Embedding Equity into the Employee Experience. Liz Bacheler is the facilitator of this learning series. Liz has been with SYKES for 4 years, supporting Leadership Development initiatives in 7 of their North America Contact Centers. She is passionate about driving healthy culture and engagement as well as inspiring both personal and professional growth. Her main goal is to always provide her learners with a fun, engaging and meaningful experience.
